You can order by telephone or via the contact form. Payment by these methods would have to be by cheque as I don't have the facility to take cards- sorry.
If you have a Paypal account you can use the online shop. (It's really easy to set up a Paypal account- the site will give you the instructions for this).
All orders will be delivered within 3-4 weeks as I make each item from scratch when I receive an order. This means I can also accomodate any colour or style preferences you may have- just let me know.
All tiaras and jewellery will arrive by Royal Mail and come in a sturdy box which you can store your items in for the future. This will keep them clean and safe.
Refunds are not available. Prior to sending out the order I will email you detailed photos of the item to ensure you are happy with your order before I mail it to you. If you do not wish to go ahead with your purchase, I will refund your payment within 2 working days by cheque.
